- Answering customer messages. Product questions, order updates, and passing on anything you can't solve yourself.
- what do i need to start?
- A smartphone and internet that doesn't drop. That's genuinely it.
What you'll do
- Reply to customer chats. Questions about products, prices, delivery and returns.
- Keep track of orders. Check status, update customers, flag anything stuck.
- Escalate what you can't fix. Hand the hard ones to a senior — nobody expects you to know everything.
- Stay polite when people aren't. A calm reply solves most complaints.
What you need

Chats have to be answered fast, so a connection that keeps dropping won't work.

Any Android or iPhone that runs WhatsApp comfortably.

Doesn't have to be perfect. It has to be clear.
